Sentence-first mode: quotation marks and hyphen/dash characters are removed. Paragraphs are filled with complete consecutive sentences up to the maximum goal. A sentence may run up to 150 characters beyond that goal to avoid splitting it; only exceptionally long sentences are divided at a comma or word break.

A single sentence may exceed the paragraph maximum by up to 150 characters. Abbreviation periods like Mrs., Mr., Dr., etc., and U.S. are not treated as sentence endings.
